Booking &Arrival
We're operating contact-free check-in, aiming to stagger arrival times between guests, to support physical distancing.
Before you arrive, please reply to our pre-arrival email to provide:
Your arrival time - check-in is normally open 5-10pm. If you'd like to arrive later or earlier, talk to us in advance and we'll try to help!
Your registration details such as name and contact information.

Children are welcome.
Pets are welcome by arrangement - but must be kept off soft furnishings i.e. beds & chairs, and must not be left unattended.
As with all enclosed public places in Scotland, smoking is not allowed in the building, including bedrooms. Vaping & e-cigarettes are also prohibited.
If you need anything during your stay - we might not be around 24/7, but you can contact us via Text / WhatsApp / Phone on the numbers in your room, and we'll respond as soon as possible. There will always be someone in the building overnight.
Information - we're happy to answer questions, provide local information, or to recommend online material. We no longer provide physical leaflets, but can provide a small map.

Please ensure we have payment details for the card you wish charged for your stay. If you've not already provided these, WhatsApp can be a secure way of sending them.
A receipt will normally automatically be emailed to you. Please let us know in advance if you need a paper receipt.
Keys can be put through the labelled slot in the reception desk, if we're not around to say Goodbye!
