We have:

• One 1st floor double room.
• Three 2nd floor double rooms.
• One 2nd floor single room.

Unfortunately we have no guest rooms on the ground floor and so cannot cater for those who find stairs a problem.

All rooms are ensuite.

In your room, you will find:

• Flat screen TV with remote, showing UK Freeview channels.
• Tea, Coffee and condiments - if you would like a top-up or fresh milk, just ask!
• Kettle for heating water only - no other liquids please!
• Biscuit jar - freshly filled for your arrival, and tamper-evident sealed
• Hanging space & hangers for your clothes
• Luggage space
• Recycling & general waste bins - paper/card, plastic, glass bottles and metal can be recycled, as long as they are not too dirty.

In the bathroom:

• Toilet & wash basin
• Shower - most of our rooms have a bath with shower, one 2nd-floor double room has a walk-in shower. If the shower doesn't turn on, please check that the shower switch outside the bathroom door is on.
• Towels, bath mat & face-cloths - to reduce energy & detergent use, consider hanging up & re-using these - but if you'd like them replaced, just leave them on the floor or in the bottom of the bath/shower.
• Glass tumblers - Edinburgh tap water is high-quality and safe to drink
• Toiletries - shampoo/body wash and hand soap - we'll check and replenish these when the room is cleaned, but just ask if you need them topped-up sooner.
• Anti-fog mirror - with a shaver point (flap on the right side) and light (touch-switch bottom-right side).
• Fan with moisture sensor - so it may stay on a little while after a hot shower!
• Bin for nappies, wipes, sanitary products, etc. - these must NOT be put down the toilet!
• The bath / shower may become slippery especially with toiletries - we recommend you use the non-slip mat provided.
