COVID-19 / Coronavirus Keeping Everyone Safe

What you can do, and what we are doing, to help keep everyone safe!

• Maintain physical distance - 2m from other guests and staff.
• Give other guests space when they moving through the common stairway and entrance - try to wait till they have left before you go through.
• We recommend you wear face masks - these are required by Law in many places in Scotland, always check the latest rules.
• You can find the latest Scottish Laws & Guidance at gov.scot/coronavirus.

• We're operating contact-free check-in and check-out.
• Our staff are keeping 2m distance, and are wearing masks - or sometimes visors instead to help communication.
• We're serving Breakfast in your room.
• Cleaning:
  • Surfaces: we use cleaning products with surfactants and disinfectants which combat Coronavirus. Particular attention is paid to frequently-touched surfaces at the entrance, landings, and stairways - cleaning at least twice per day.
  • Soft furnishings: some have been removed from the rooms, and the remaining items are taken out of service for the recommended 48 hours, or disinfected with an approved fabric disinfectant.
  • Linen and towels are laundered and heat-treated to kill Coronavirus.
  • When you arrive, we'll ask you if we should clean the room every day, or if you would prefer us to go into your room less often.
