The Edinburgh Festival Fringe

The Largest Arts festival in the world! The Fringe features everyone from the biggest names in showbiz to the performers in the street and covers all sorts of art forms such as theatre, comedy, children's shows, dance, physical theatre, musicals, operas, all genres of music, exhibitions, and events.




Information

Children are welcome, a cot and highchair can be provided for infants.

Pets are welcome by arrangement

We have limited private parking, however there are no on-street charges

There is a payphone on the ground floor, a hairdryer and ironing facilities are available upon request

Breakfast

Served on the ground floor, at the following times:

8-9:00 am at weekends and most school holidays

7-7:30 am on week-days during term time.

Includes a range of cereals, porridge, toast, fruit juice, tea/coffee and cooked breakfast.

Special diets and early breakfasts can normally be catered for by prior arrangement.

All our rooms are complete with:

All bathrooms have a WC, shower, bath and wash-hand basin.

Unfortunately we have no guest rooms on the ground floor and so cannot cater for those who find stairs too difficult. Also, as with all public places in Scotland, smoking is not allowed in the building.
